Franciscan Health offers diabetes classes in Hammond and Dyer

Registration is now available for diabetes education classes from June through September at Franciscan Health Hammond and Dyer.These three-day diabetes education classes are a covered benefit for most individuals with diabetes and are covered by Medicare and most commercial insurance plans. Participants each receive a meal plan individualized to their needs.
