The Salvation Army of Michigan City will present a virtual Vacation Bible School this summer. This offers children entering first grade through sixth grade to experience the fun and educational program from the safety of their own home.
Online classes will take place from 10am to 1pm Monday July 27 through Friday, July 31. A final class will be held Sunday, August 2 at The Salvation Army, 1201 S. Franklin Street with the presentation of awards. This is the only portion of the class that will take place in person.
The Salvation Army’s Vacation Bible School is offered at no cost, and is available to all Michigan City children.
Registration is now open at www.samichigancity.org, but those interested must register by July 22. A box of supplies will be available for pick-up on Sunday, July 26 between 3pm and 5pm with everything needed for the Vacation Bible School. This will also be an opportunity for the public to meet the VBS leaders and ask questions.
