The City of Valparaiso has refreshed their Neighborhood Toolkit. The City says this is an excellent resource to engage your neighborhood. It is filled with city services that support neighborhoods, a directory of neighborhoods, info on the Neighborhood Grant Program (funding for neighborhood projects) and more.
