The La Porte County Sheriff’s Office is reminding the public that fall harvest is in full swing and motorists are very likely to encounter large and wide farm equipment on roadways.
They advised the public to reduce their speed, be patient, not to tailgate and use caution when passing.
They stated on their Facebook page, “The LCSO wishes all of our agricultural friends and families a very safe and plentiful harvest.”
