The La Porte Area Lake Association stocked 3,000 walleye into Pine Lake Wednesday morning, the City of La Porte Park and Recreation Department said on their Facebook page.
The organization has been stocking fish into Pine Lake the past four years.
Additionally, the lake association has used its funds to combat invasive aquatic vegetation in Pine and Stone lakes, particularly Eurasian watermilfoil.
