The Ogden Dunes Police Department has announced that beach cleanup will be this Saturday, Oct. 7 at 9:00 a.m.
They ask to meet at Access #14 to help. Bags and gloves will be handed out for cleanup.
All volunteers will receive a Cronoid bracelet.
All chairs, towels, and toys must be removed before Saturday or they will be taken away.
Only properly licensed kayaks and boats can remain on the beach after Saturday morning, the department said.
