TRAIN DERAILMENT CLOSURES UPDATE from the Valparaiso Police Department

The Fort Wayne to Chicago railroad crossing continues to be affected. The closures at Axe Avenue and Greenwich Street will remain in place for now. All other previously impacted railroad crossings have been reopened. Repair work in the area is ongoing, and crews are working diligently to reopen all crossings later today.
