On Wednesday, members of the Porter County Sheriff’s Office, Valparaiso Police and Fire Departments completed a 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb at the Valparaiso High School.
The climb consisted of 2,200 steps, which is the equivalent of 110 stories.
Jail Officer Matthew Anderson also participated in another Memorial Stair Climb at the Lake County Fairgrounds.
