Governor Holcomb is directing flags to be flown at half-staff to honor the life and legacy of former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright.
Flags should be flown at half-staff immediately until sunset on Sunday, March 27.
Holcomb is asking businesses and residents in Indiana to lower their flags.
