Sheriff Oscar Martinez Jr. announced Tuesday that investigators with the Lake County Sheriff’s Department have identified a person of interest in connection with the fire that occurred in the lobby of the Lake County Jail Monday.
Martinez says officers are actively attempting to locate him.
Police will provide an update as more information becomes available.
