LA PORTE COUNTY, IN – La Porte County Public Library is thrilled to welcome acclaimed author Greg Neri for a special evening event on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at the Holdcraft Performing Arts Center in Michigan City.
This event, which runs from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. (doors open at 5:30 p.m.), is designed for families and students in grades 5 through 12. Admission is free and open to the public, but registration is required.
Greg Neri, known for his powerful storytelling and ability to connect with young readers, will share stories from his global journey as a writer – from the streets of Southside Chicago and North Philly to snowy Siberia, wild South Africa, and the edge of Antarctica.
Following the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to meet the author during a book signing session. Guests are encouraged to bring their own copies of Greg’s books or purchase them on-site, thanks to local independent bookstore partner, The Press.
