The Starke County Sheriff’s Office says they have created a secure online form where residents can voluntarily provide details that may assist first responders during critical incidents.
This includes information for individuals with Autism, Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other disabilities, as well as important medical information that could impact emergency response.
