In Porter County, North Calumet Avenue will close between Indiana 49 and C.R. 900N from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, May 29, the Town of Chesterton is reporting.
A utility crew will be working on three utility poles located well off the road and need to unload matting for the heavy equipment to run on.
In addition, INDOT will be closing the south- and northbound turn lanes from Indiana 49 onto North Calumet Avenue
