This morning at approximately 11:20, Troopers responded to a semi crash on I-94 EB near Kennedy Ave. both eastbound and westbound lanes were closed for a period of time in order for the medical helicopter to land and transport the patient that is in critical condition. Westbound lanes have all reopened as of this time and one lane eastbound is now open.
