The City of Valparaiso has announced Evans Avenue will be closed to through traffic between Calumet Avenue and Roosevelt Road on Wednesday and Thursday, Nov. 16-17 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., weather depending.
This closure is required for storm sewer improvements.
