In conjunction with the Duneland School Corporation, Porter Police Department will be hosting a multi-jurisdictional training at Yost Elementary School.
Training will be conducted on Tuesday June 6, Wednesday June 7 and Thursday June 8.
Porter Fire Department will also be conducting training in concert with other area fire departments.
Police say citizens should not be alarmed at the large presence of police/fire personnel and are asked to avoid being on the property.
