In Portage, there will be lane closures on Swanson Road between Stone Avenue and U.S. 6 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., today, Tuesday, Sept. 5.
Contractors will be taking soil borings within existing lanes of traffic.
Flaggers will be on-site directing traffic.
