NIPSCO will close U.S. 12 between Hillcrest Road and Midwest Steel Highway for approximately 5 days starting on or after Monday, July 22 to perform utility work.
INDOT says motorists should seek alternate routes.
The official detour will follow State Road 249 and U.S. 20.
