Milling (surface removal) of E. Barker Avenue between Dewey Street and Roeske Avenue will commence Tuesday, Oct. 22, with paving set to begin on Wednesday, Oct. 23.
Also on Wednesday, milling will commence on Franklin Street between 10th and 4th streets, with parking areas to be completed first. Milling of the main street will begin on Friday, Oct. 25.
