The Chesterton Sustainability Commission will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 9, at the town hall, 726 Broadway, according to the Town of Chesterton Facebook page.
At the meeting, the Sustainability Commission will discuss the following items:
*Rain barrels.
*The Indiana Clean Community designation.
*A grant opportunity currently being offered by the Recycling and Waste Reduction District of Porter County.
*A proposed roundtable on sustainability.
