The Indiana Department of Natural Resources located the drowning victim at approximately 7:45 A.M. this morning along the pier and in approximately 11 feet of water. The child’s name will not be released at this time. The Michigan City Police Department extends our sincere condolences to the victim’s family and friends during this extremely difficult time.
