The City of Portage announced that at 6 a.m. on Friday, drainage work will start on Carmen Street between Olson Park and Mulberry Avenue and continue on Vivian and Shawnee through December 1, 2024.
The City of Portage says to expect limited road access for traffic until work is completed.
They are asking the public to drive with caution.
