The Valparaiso Police Department on Friday welcomed Rachel Carden as their new Investigations Administrative Assistant.
Rachel is a graduate of Indiana University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.
She brings with her three years of experience as a Police Records Specialist with the Scottsdale Police Department in Arizona.
