Valparaiso Mayor Jon Costas has announced a Blood Drive TODAY April 28, hosted at Valparaiso City Hall.
The American Red Cross is taking appointments for the Blood Drive, on TODAY Tuesday, April 28, 9:00 am to 3:00 p.m.
