Michigan City Police say they responded to a shooting at around 4:30 p.m. on Friday May 15, near the 300 block of West 11th Street.
One individual was injured. The incident is under active investigation.
Police say at this time, there is no known ongoing threat to the community, and they will provide updates if additional information becomes available.
