South Bend Man Sentenced to 180 Months in Prison For Controlled Substance Offense SOUTH BEND – Last week, Elijah Suggs, 31 years old, of South Bend, Indiana, was sentenced by United States District Court Judge Cristal C. Brisco after pleading guilty to distribution of 50 grams or more of methamphetamine, announced Acting United States Attorney M. Scott Proctor. Suggs was sentenced to 180 months in prison followed by 10 years of supervised release.
